A performance energy savings contract was undertaken at Texas Instruments for its Global Data Center and Software Development Center at Bangalore. Major energy savings were achieved through Process Optimization which is a NO-COST implementation measure. Please visit "Making of a Green Building Code" for its methodology. As per the performance contract terms, 20% energy savings achieved through NO-COST process optimization measures, amounting to INR5,25,979/-, was paid for the year 2003-04.
